Over the last 46 years OHB has provided subsidized housing finance to over 56 thousand families with a value exceeding 1.5 Billion Omani Rials.

Through this collaborative effort, citizens on the waiting list will gain access to housing finance options offered by partnering banks. This process is facilitated by the Iskan program, seamlessly integrated with a dedicated electronic platform designed to simplify the process through flexible steps. Within this platform, citizens can readily provide the necessary data and documentation, comprehend their role in the process, and select the bank from which they wish to receive their sudsidized housing finance, all in accordance with the conditions set by Oman Housing Bank.

This collective endeavor is aptly named 'Iskan,' symbolizing the shared aspiration of citizens to secure their own homes and the shelter that guarantees a dignified life.
