How the Application Works

The application process is straightforward and designed to be completed entirely online:

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure housing support reaches eligible beneficiaries, the following criteria apply:

  • The applicant must be an Omani national and married
  • A stable source of income is required
  • The applicant must not own a registered residential property in the Sultanate of Oman
  • Neither the applicant nor their spouse should have previously benefited from any government housing support programme

Required Documents

Applicants will be asked to provide the following:

  • Valid national ID
  • Recent salary certificate
  • Debit card for the initial deposit payment

What Happens After Registration

Once your application is submitted:

  • Your request will be added to the Waiting List
  • You will receive notifications as your application progresses
  • When your turn is reached, your application will be evaluated
  • Upon approval, housing finance procedures will be completed
